Smooth Operator

There is nothing more annoying than a smooth operator.
"Oh hello there. You're looking beautiful today." -says while checking the girl out- *insert eye roll here*

What I mean by "smooth operator", is the type of guy that knows how to "talk" to a girl (basically into anything) through ways of manipulation.  And we've all come across those types of guys, right? 

I've had my experience with men like this and can spot them out of the crowd quick.  Their smooth-talk (now) doesn't phase me a bit and the only response they receive from me is some sort of sarcastic comeback. 

Why am I bringing this up?

Because I am currently witnessing someone I LOVE falling into the trap of one of these smooth operators!  There is nothing more irritating than standing on the sidelines while you watch your friend/family member/loved one fall to some bastard's grip. 

 I wish I could just grab her by the shoulders and say, "SNAP OUT OF IT! HE'S USING YOU!" But it's not my place to do so.  Then my wild side wants to hunt this guy down, grab him by the balls, and threaten him to back off. But of course there's something called the law, boundaries, whatever! Pfffft. 

I've always been one of those over-protective friends.  I tend to have a caring nature. Plus! I was a victim once to a manipulator and was easily swayed by his candy-coated words.  They're a dangerous sort of man and a girl has GOT to be observant and more aware!  They present themselves in these pretty packages, somehow sharing interests in everything you are, when their underline motive is never anything good.

I hate being a female.
