Comic Con 2013!

   Okay, now I've been receiving a TON of questions regarding ticket/badge sales for San Diego's Comic Con 2013.  If you don't know what Comic Con is, I suggest you check out this website for detailed info!  (And be prepared to feel this burning desire to go!)

   So, I don't know everything regarding this, but I do have some information about pre-registration for 2013. 

  It used to be set up with people lining up each year and spending half of the convention time waiting in line for tickets for next year. Seems like a big waste of time right? Well thank GOODNESS that was noticed so all pre-registration for 2013 will be exclusively online only. (So no one had to wait in a line this year.) whew! 

Those attendees who get to pre-register for 2013 are only able to purchase up to 3 badges...and they can't purchase badges for anyone who DIDN'T get to go for 2012. Kind of sucks, huh? But I suppose it's fair.

  How this is going to work is, everyone who went this year (whether they purchased a four day badge or a single day badge ONLY) will receive an email in August 2012 from Comic Con regarding a date when pre-registration begins.  Another email will get sent out at a later date for others to sign up for Comic Con2013.

  MAKE SURE you've got yourself a member id, otherwise you won't be able to purchase any badges.That goes for pre-register people and those who haven't gone before. And also make sure that you “opt-in” to email correspondence so Comic Con can email you the date for registration.
